The Global Fire Equipment VULCAN 2 CS is a low-consumption conventional base sounder, supplied with a lid. It can be used as an unobtrusive, low-profile sounder on its own (with the lid fitted) or as a detector base with an integrated sounder, installed with a conventional detector. Combining the sounder and detector in one location reduces installation costs and improves the appearance of the fire alarm system. Four tones are selectable by jumpers and the sound level can be adjusted with a potentiometer.
