The Honeywell HLS-PSU-TR20 is a 24 V, 2 A transformer-rectifier from the Honeywell (Morley-IAS / HLS) range, designed for fire and access control applications that need remote control of the power supply output.
Transformer-rectifier units are typically used to power door retainers linked to the fire alarm panel, so the supply to the doors is switched off when a fire alarm activates and the doors close. An expanded range of input options includes detection of a normally closed contact going open, giving fully fail-safe operation.
Key features
- Remote control of the power supply output
- Choice of switching options
- Fail-safe operation: can switch off when a normally closed contact goes open
- LED indication
- Mains transient protection
- Ideal for powering door retainers released by the fire alarm system
