The Jewel FAN2P is a 150 x 200mm photoluminescent fire action notice (assembly point and break glass version). Fire action notices set out what building occupants must do on discovering a fire or hearing the alarm, and are typically displayed next to fire alarm call points and along escape routes.
Key features
- Blue fire action panel: 1. Operate the nearest fire alarm; 2. Leave building by the nearest available exit; 3. Report to the assembly point
- Red prohibition panel: do not stop to collect personal belongings; do not return to the building for any reason until authorised to do so
- Green "Your assembly point is:" panel with a blank space to add the location
- Red "In event of fire break glass" call point panel
- Photoluminescent version; the same notice is also available from Jewel in rigid (FAN2R) and vinyl (FAN2V)
- Photoluminescent material glows after exposure to light, helping the notice remain visible if lighting fails
