The Kentec K586V is a loop 2 expansion card for the Argus Vega protocol. It adds a second detection loop to a single-loop Kentec Syncro AS analogue addressable fire alarm control panel.
Kentec specifies that an additional loop card must use the same protocol as the panel's existing loop. Loop expansion is not available on the Syncro AS Lite. With two Argus Vega loops, the panel supports up to 480 devices.
