The POL-200-TS loop tester is a versatile measurement and analysis tool that assists technicians with the installation and maintenance of fire detection systems.
The POL-200-TS recognises all addressable loop devices using the CLIP, OPAL and ADVANCED protocols from Notifier, Morley-IAS, System Sensor and Honeywell.
In addition, the loop tester is portable and easy to use, allowing technicians to work loop by loop before the panel is installed, from any point on the loop.
Innovative Interface
Using the device is simple. The graphical touch screen features user friendly icons and clear, automated one touch functions. It can even be used while wearing gloves.
Loop Mapping
The mapping function uses the device isolators to check the loop cabling topology and map the loop. The screen displays the production date and detailed information about detectors, inputs and outputs. It is also possible to read the equipment status or detect internal device faults.
Maintenance and Testing
The log function generates a data file containing information on the status of each loop device. This allows accurate monitoring of system operation through loop and device status reports, helping to anticipate and record maintenance tasks.
Simple Operation
The touch screen is designed for maximum simplicity with intuitive icons. The device automatically performs the selected functions. The loop display clearly identifies the equipment type, position and number of loop components.
