The Paxton 857-250 is a 12 V 2 A DC boxed backup power supply in a plastic cabinet for Paxton access control systems. It connects to a standard UK mains supply via a switched fused spur, and with a suitable backup battery fitted it continues to supply 12 V DC for an extended period during a mains failure.
