The STI-9609 Steel Web Stopper® is a high-profile, flush-mount wire guard that protects ceiling-mounted smoke detectors from vandalism and accidental damage. It is intended for areas where abuse of smoke detectors is severe. The patented web-like octagon shape of heavy-duty, plastic-coated steel wire makes the cage extremely difficult to break, while the detector remains easy to service.
