The XCL-LB-H2S-RM is a VESDA Sensepoint XCL – Large Bore aspirated gas detector for hydrogen sulphide (H2S) (10 to 50 ppm), with Modbus RTU output and two programmable relays. It fits in-line in a VESDA or other ASD large bore pipe network, so the same pipework provides multi-point gas sampling alongside smoke detection, and it integrates with BMS, fire panels, PLCs and HVAC systems.
Key features
- Inserted in-line into the ASD pipe network, using the pipe flow to deliver air samples from multiple sampling holes to the gas sensor
- Remote sampling lets the detector sit outside the protected zone for convenient service and maintenance
- Bluetooth interface pairs with the Sensepoint App for commissioning, diagnostics, configuration, calibration and bump testing
- Integral alarm status LEDs and gas port for bump test and calibration
- Field-replaceable gas sensor cartridge
- Modbus version integrates with Xtralis VSC and VSM4 for remote access to detector status; can network to the VESDA Sensepoint 301C Gas Controller for extra relay outputs
