The Xtralis VESDA XCL-VEA-CO2VV-RM is a VESDA Sensepoint XCL carbon dioxide gas detector (5% v/v) for VESDA-E VEA micro bore aspirating systems, with Modbus RTU output and relays. It gives early warning of CO2 for occupant protection and system monitoring while the VEA provides fire detection.
Key features
- Inserted in-line with the VESDA-E VEA microbore tube network
- Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) for installation, commissioning and maintenance from a smart device
- Factory calibrated; integral alarm status LEDs
- Integrates with PLCs, HVAC, BMS and fire alarm control panels
- Two configurable relays
- Field-replaceable sensor cartridge
- Modbus version supports remote status access via Xtralis VSC and VSM4
- Can be networked to the VESDA Sensepoint 301C gas controller for additional relay outputs
