The Advanced LEG-CINE/AR is a single-sided spare legend for the LuxIntelligent Cine-Lite exit luminaire, with a black-green European Signs Directive (EC) format legend and an arrow pointing right. It is used to change the direction shown on an existing Cine-Lite or to replace a damaged legend.
Cine-Lite luminaires are built from black epoxy-coated galvanised steel to reduce unwanted light emission, and the black opaque exit legend is hidden unless illuminated, which suits theatres, cinemas, school halls and similar low-light areas. Advanced notes that the legend/pictogram is not compliant with BS 5499 Pt 4 or ISO 7010; where a green-on-black sign is judged acceptable, this must be documented and regularly reviewed in the fire risk assessment.
