The Eaton BiWire Flexi EFBW4ZFLEXI is a 4 zone fire alarm control panel where each zone can be configured to work either as a BiWire two-wire zone or as a conventional zone. A mixture of zone types can be used on the same system, combining the time-saving benefits of two-wire wiring with the ability to use a wide range of conventional devices where needed.
This makes it well suited to new installations and to extending or upgrading an existing conventional system. It is certified to EN 54-2 and EN 54-4, is designed to meet the recommendations of BS 5839-1, and is compatible with two-wire and conventional EN 54-23 certified visual alarm devices (VADs).
