The COM-DATA-4G has a built-in antenna, which is suitable for use in the plastic i-on panels in areas where the signal strength is good. However, if the site has poor signal strength and for ALL metal i-on panels an external antenna (COM-ANT-01) should be used, this must be fitted outside the control unit.
