The Rutland TS.5204 (TS.5204BC.SRFB.PNPPNP) is a variable-power, surface-mounted scissor arm overhead door closer in a polished nickel plate finish. This combined unit comes with the closer, flat bar armset, semi-radius cover, parallel arm bracket and back check.
The power is adjustable by spring from EN2 to EN4. Its low opening force helps meet BS 8300 and UK Building Regulations requirements. It can be fitted in the standard, parallel arm or transom position and suits FD30 to FD120 timber fire doors up to 1100mm wide and 80kg.
