The FAAST F-INF-25 is an in-line filter for aspirating smoke detection (ASD) sampling pipe. It lets FAAST detectors be used in harsh environments with high levels of airborne contamination, extending detector life and maintenance intervals.
Key features
- Three-stage filter (coarse, medium and fine) removes particles down to approx. 20 µm while letting smoke pass
- Angled filter elements maximise the filter area exposed to the airflow, with minimal airflow resistance
- Plug-and-play conical connections fit in-line with no glue and no extra fittings
- Fits metric 25 mm OD and imperial 1 in OD pipe; mounts vertically or horizontally
- Elements can be changed without removing the filter from the pipe network
- Approved for FAAST X series and all FAAST LT-200 versions; must be included in the PipeIQ design (v2.9.x or later)
