The AirSense Stratos Micra 10 (9-30725) is a compact aspirating smoke detector (ASD) that provides very high sensitivity smoke detection in a small package for easy, discreet installation. Laser-based forward light scatter gives reliable early warning, drawing air through a single sampling pipe of up to 50m (25m in moving air).
The detector fits into a Docking Station: sampling pipes and cables are connected to the Docking Station as a first-fix operation, leaving the detector to be fitted at final commissioning so it is less likely to be damaged during installation. Volt-free fire and fault relay outputs allow remote monitoring by a local fire detection panel or BMS. It is suited to computer rooms, data storage, equipment racks, plant and motor rooms, air-conditioning units and duct protection, heritage properties, prison cells and other critical areas.
