The Cameo RCO/WR/L is a Type B disabled refuge outstation: a surface-mounted, hands-free stainless steel unit with black screen print, for use with Cameo Orbital disabled refuge (emergency voice communication) systems. It is IP33 rated for use in covered outdoor spaces and is vandal resistant.
A call is made by pressing the large momentary push button, which lights the red switch ring to show the call is registered and starts a conventional telephone call tone from the panel loudspeaker. An integral audio frequency induction loop (AFILS) helps hearing aid users. This version is loop wired.
