The Evac+Chair ResQSheet (ref. 220) is a mattress evacuation aid for non-ambulatory and bedridden people in hospitals, care homes, hospices and similar settings. It stays permanently under the mattress, between the mattress and the bed frame, where it does not get in the way of normal bed making. In an emergency, the patient is wrapped and secured within their own mattress and moved out, and the mattress cushions them underneath, which is especially important on stairs.
