The GENT 800171 is an ES Detect conventional fixed-temperature heat detector (EN 54-5 Class A1S). It uses a fast semiconductor sensor to detect fires that produce a lot of heat, in areas where smoke detection is not suitable. The ES Detect range is approved for use with Gent Xenex conventional control panels, or with Vigilon via interface units.
