The Nittan EV-MCP2-SCI-IP24 (part no. F16-82200) is an Evolution analogue addressable indoor manual call point with a built-in short-circuit isolator on the negative line. It is housed in an STI "ReSet" IP24 surface-mounting enclosure.
The isolator protects a zone of the loop and resets itself once the fault clears. The call point is DIL-switch addressed and comes with a back box and RF wall plate. Nittan notes that positive- and negative-line isolator styles cannot be mixed on one system, and that this SCI model is not compatible with the Advanced MxPro4 (Mx4000) panel, where the non-SCI model should be used.
