Prysmian FP PLUS is an “Enhanced” fire resistant cable designed to BS 7629-1 for fire alarm, emergency lighting, life safety and fire-fighting circuits in buildings. This 2 core 1.5mm² version with an un-insulated tinned copper circuit protective conductor (CPC) has a red Low Smoke, Zero Halogen sheath and is supplied on a 100m length. It is intended for hospitals and large, complex buildings where BS 5839-1 or BS 5266-1 call for “Enhanced” fire resistance. FP PLUS is assessed and certified by LPCB and BASEC.
