The Rutland TS.5204 is an economical, power-adjustable scissor arm overhead door closer with back check as standard, supplied here as the combined unit (TS.5204BC.SRFB.PVDPVD) in a polished brass finish. Low opening force helps meet BS 8300 and Approved Document M requirements, and it is fire tested for FD30 to FD120 timber doors.
