The Videx 4849/M is a 4000 series extension proximity reader module for the Videx VProx access control system, in a matt 316 marine grade stainless steel finish. It connects to a VProx control unit and can be built into a 4000 series audio or video door entry panel.
Compatible controllers include the VP20 (1 door, 20 fobs), VP100 (2 door, 100 fobs), VP250 (3 door, 250 fobs), VP1000 and VP4000; the VP1000 and VP4000 can handle up to 30 main doors and up to 100 apartment doors with a 1000A expansion module.
