The Advanced ESXL/ISOAR is an EasySafe low-voltage escape sign luminaire for the LuxIntelligent emergency lighting system. It is a standard 3-hour maintained escape sign with a single-sided ISO format arrow right legend, and is supplied complete with base and battery pack.
EasySafe luminaires are powered entirely from the LuxIntelligent data loop at 32V DC, so no local 230V mains feed is needed, which saves labour and materials. The panel uses a LuxIntelligent I/O peripheral to monitor local distribution boards so the lights react to a power outage. The sign runs at low illumination under normal conditions (useful in cinemas and theatres) and switches to maximum output on a power failure, giving a 25-metre viewing distance for 3 hours from its internal NiMH battery pack.
