The Advanced MXP-505 Sounder Active EOL is a small, compact active end-of-line unit that provides active monitoring of sounder circuits on MxPro 5 series fire alarm control panels, allowing the circuits to be configured for compliance with EN 54-13.
To comply with EN 54-13, the system must check and warn, before an alarm condition, if the voltage at the last device cannot be maintained under the applied alarm load. To meet this requirement the Sounder Active EOL must be fitted to, and programmed for, all panel sounder outputs. It is designed to be terminated and housed in third-party sounder output devices.
