The AirSense Stratos Input/Output Expansion Card (9-30436) adds relay outputs and programmable inputs to Stratos Micra 10, Micra 25 and Micra 100 aspirating smoke detectors (and the Senator and LaserSense 10, 25 and 100 variants) for interfacing with other systems. It plugs into the APIC interface slot of the detector, so it cannot be used together with an APIC card.
The inputs can be programmed for remote day/night changeover, remote reset or ClassiFire override, as well as power supply fault monitoring. ClassiFire override reduces the normal detector sensitivity by a pre-set percentage to avoid unwanted alarms from predictable events such as stage effects or open fires in heritage buildings.
