The Eaton ZMDRFBB is the floor mounting bracket for Eaton heavy duty electromagnetic door retainers, the mains powered MDR240 and the 24V DC MDR24L. It lets the door retainer be mounted on the floor instead of the wall.
The heavy duty retainers hold self-closing fire doors open and release them when the fire alarm activates.
