The Hochiki DRD-E is a conventional flame detector from the CDX range, designed for internal use to detect large flames. It uses single IR technology, has a 90° cone detection zone and detects at ranges up to and including 25 m.
The DRD-E fits the CDX range of conventional mounting bases, so it can be added to a standard conventional detection zone. For angled mounting, Hochiki offers the YZU-AA universal mount.
