The Advanced MXP-503F is the MXP-503 Standard Network Card supplied fitted to an MxPro 5 control panel. Adding a network card lets MxPro 5 control panels, remote terminals and network peripherals be linked using standard fire-resistant two-core cable, as a true peer-to-peer network.
Information from any input or output device can be passed across the network and displayed on any MxPro 5 panel or remote terminal, and cause and effect can link any input device to any output device on any panel. Other nodes recognise a panel as soon as it is given a valid network address, so panels can be added at any time. For larger or fault-tolerant networks, Advanced offers the MXP-509 Fault Tolerant Network Card.
