The C-TEC BF457A/CX/W is an addressable base VAD (visual alarm device) with a voice sounder. It gives C-3-8 light coverage (min 0.4 lux over a 3 x 8m cylindrical area) using the same lenses and electronics as C-TEC's EN54-23, EN54-3 and EN54-17 certified base sounder VAD. It is designed for C-TEC's XFP and ZFP addressable fire panels running the Apollo XP95/Discovery protocol.
