The Eaton EFXN632 is a conventional photo-thermal multisensor detector that combines a photoelectric (optical) smoke sensor with a heat sensor. It is certified to EN 54-7 for smoke detection and EN 54-5 Class A2S for heat, and is used with Eaton conventional and BiWire conventional fire alarm panels.
The detector automatically compensates for gradual contamination such as dust build-up, and fits the common conventional detector base (EFXN520, supplied separately).
Key features
- Photoelectric smoke plus heat (Class A2S, 60°C alarm temperature)
- Automatic drift compensation for dust contamination
- Red alarm LED with 360° visibility via lightpipe
- Positive click when the detector is correctly located in its base
