The Eaton VoCALL CFVCFHP is an analogue Type A outstation in red, for flush mounting. Type A outstations are defined in BS 5839-9 and can be used either as a fire telephone for firefighting and evacuation management, or as a disabled refuge call point.
It is a compact unit with a handset behind a magnetic push-catch door for quick access, a high volume ringer, status LED and full duplex speech. It can be used on all VoCALL systems and is designed for multi-disability users, with high contrast signage in line with RNIB guidelines and a telecoil for hearing aid users. BS 5839-9 recommends Type A outstations for most locations.
