The EMS FireCell Syncro AS 2 Loop, 16 Zone addressable fire control panel (FC-A80162M2) is an open protocol, microprocessor-based panel for FireCell wireless and hybrid fire systems. It uses the XP95 protocol and supports up to 126 wireless FireCell devices per loop, with a potential mix of 252 wireless FireCell and hardwired field devices per panel.
It can be expanded into larger systems with an optional RS485 network card (up to 64 panels) or radio networking via network card and Radio Network Communicators (up to 16 panels). It is surface mounted, supplied with an enable keyswitch, and excludes standby batteries.
