The Xtralis VESDA-E VEU-A00 is the VESDA-E VEU aspirating smoke detector with LED indication in an aluminium enclosure – the premium, highest-sensitivity detector of the VESDA-E range, for very early warning in high-airflow areas and buildings with high ceilings.
Its Flair detection chamber images sampled particles with a CMOS imager and multiple photodiodes for better detection and fewer nuisance alarms. The VEU is backward compatible with VESDA VLP mounting, pipe and wiring positions and with existing VESDAnet installations, and is supported by ASPIRE and Xtralis VSC software.
