The Zeta Fyreye MKII-SSB is a sandwich sounder base, a platform sounder for Zeta's Fyreye II (MKII) addressable protocol. It fits between a common base and an addressable Fyreye II detector: loop cables terminate at the detector base, and the sounder clips onto the common base. It does not need its own address. It can be triggered individually from its detector's remote LED output, or by the protocol's common sounder group command, even if the detector has been removed.
Key features
- No address required; clips between the common base and the detector
- Triggered individually from the detector's remote LED output or by common sounder group command
- Alarm tone selectable for the whole loop from the control panel
- Tones include BS fire, German DIN 33 404, French NFS 32-001, Dutch NEN 2575 and PFEER toxic gas/alert
- Secured with a grub screw to prevent unauthorised removal
