The Global Fire Equipment (GFE) VALKYRIE AB is a wall-mounted addressable beacon for GFE analogue addressable fire alarm loops, supplied here in a red housing. It gives a highly visible flash from high-intensity LEDs while drawing very little loop current.
Up to 32 individually addressed beacons can be installed per loop, occupying addresses 94 to 125. Where individual address reporting is not needed, the beacon can be set up as a shadow beacon, which frees loop addresses for more detection devices.
