The Xtralis VESDA VHX-1410 is a wall-mounted Modbus High Level Interface (HLI), Type 2. It links a VESDAnet network of VESDA detectors to host systems such as building management systems (BMS) and fire alarm control panels that support the Modbus protocol. The Type 2 version has the character echo function disabled.
