The Eaton Cooper CZMU352-IS is an intrinsically safe zone monitor unit for Eaton intelligent addressable fire systems. Paired with an MTL5561 opto-isolated barrier, it connects a zone of intrinsically safe conventional detectors and a separate zone of intrinsically safe call points to the addressable loop, for use in hazardous areas.
It takes a single address, is soft addressed with no hard addressing required, and includes an integral short circuit isolator. The inputs are monitored for open circuit, short circuit and earth faults.
