The Eaton Cooper CAB482CS is an intelligent addressable ceiling-mounted visual alarm device (VAD) with a red body and red LED flash, supplied with a shallow base. It is certified to EN 54-23 and provides clear, low-current visual fire warning on Eaton intelligent addressable fire alarm systems.
Its lens spreads light in a cylindrical pattern to reach the illumination required by the standard while keeping current draw low. It is designed in line with CoP 0001 (the UK installation code) for mounting at heights of up to 3 m.
